Just back from the Keys. Timmy is enjoying a fine Cubana Select Torpedo!!! How long do you figure it took to get the fish in? First shot was hook up, and look at the cigar, second is fish landed!!!! Down to the nub. I'll tell you this, the cut on that cigar was the smallest part of the tip, so draw was very slight!!
I sent the full size files in case you want to blow any up. Talk to you guys soon.

To Nick and Company:
On the Saturday prior to the World Am golf tournament in Myrtle Beach (late August-early September), I stopped in again (continuing my annual/semi-annual visits) at your North MB store; I was pleased to personally meet you, Nick, that day; if you might recall, I was the one who had expressed my complete pleasure to find that you mailed (and he received) within one week two boxes of cigars to my soninlaw in "downtown" Baghdad; again, I Thank You for the great service; I believe such may be requested of you again soon, when I find out what their supply level is. While visiting the store, I purchased several different brands to enjoy while competing on the links during the tournament; one such perfect cigar was the Cuesta-Rey SunGrown Centro Fino; I also enjoyed your "tournament favorite" Cubana Select.
While my partner and I planned on making the tournament finals, we unfortunately came up a few strokes short; so on Friday, we visited the Wizard course and at such the attached photo was taken; so here I am, enjoying a Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino, purchased at my favorite MB cigar palace, Nick's Cigar World !!

Banded Brothers and Sisters smoking cigars from Nick's Cigar World
Loren Smith, COB Speicher, Iraq
Hello my name is Loren Smith and I am in the US Army in Iraq right now and
we started a cigar club a while ago. We call ourselves the Banded, from
cigar bands, Brothers and Sisters. Smoking cigars is one of the few
pleasures we have over here when we can get a good cigar. We were looking
for a shop that might like to adopt our club. We could take pictures, that
we could send back to your shop that could be used and if your shop had any
promotional items like t-shirts, caps or anything else that could be
displayed in the pictures we could do that. I have attached a few pics of us
smoking one night around a burn barrel I know the pics are not the best but
we would take some in the day also, which would be better. If this is
something that you might be interested in let us know. If it is not we
understand and thank you for taking the time to read this. We hope that you
have a very good day and Thank you.

To Nick's Cigar World: Attached is a photo taken at the Myrtle Beach World Amateur Handicap Championships last August, 2008; two days prior, a visit to your North Myrtle Beach store found me purchasing a box of Cuesta-Rey Centenario Tuscany's (photo) and some of my favorite Cubana Selects (the cigar of the World Am) along with your 10th Anniversary Selects; this photo was recently published in J.C. Newman's Cigar Club WRAPPER magazine.

On November 8th, our friend Jeff Case in California hosted the Jeff Case Big Smoke in which the attendees sampled our Nick's 10th Anniversary Cigar. Every year he hosts a "cigar convention" for friends, family and co-workers who cannot afford to attend the "Big Smoke" in Las Vegas. They spend the evening having a nice dinner, smoking/swapping cigars, and raffling off door prizes.
